Guided Relaxation – Yoga Nidra

Join us for a Guided Relaxation – Yoga Nidra!
In this systematic practice, you’ll focus on your breath, bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions to find a deeper sense of calmness. The practice will consist of being guided to focus on different points of the body, slowly working toward a deep relaxation, and end with savasana.
Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down. If you have a condition that prohibits you from reclining for a period of time, please advise your instructor so modifications can be offered.
