Introduction To Meditation

Have you been interested in beginning a meditation practice, but unsure of where to start? Join us Friday, December 7th for an introductory class on meditation. We will cover basic techniques and posture, as well as common misconceptions and roadblocks to establishing a practice. We will end our time with a short group meditation and a question and answer period. While this class is focused on those new to meditation or just thinking about starting a practice, all are welcome! No yoga experience is required for this class.
