Self-Hypnosis For Stress Relief
March 28 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Hypnosis is a powerful, natural process that can be used to help take control of the parts of your life that you may feel powerless to change. Hypnosis is similar to states you may already be familiar with in life: being absorbed in a book, engrossed in a movie, or lost in your thoughts.
In this introductory workshop, you will be guided through simple and fun strategies that can be easily incorporated into your daily life. You’ll gain knowledge to learn how to let go of stress and open the door to greater possibilities of health, healing, self-exploration and positive change.
Maggie Horn has been fascinated with hypnosis since first studying it as a part of her HypnoBirthing Practitioners course in 2008. She has seen firsthand the power of using the mind in helping women to achieve calm, gentle births. This gave her the motivation to further her studies of hypnosis and to incorporate it into her professional practice as well as her own life.
Maggie is an RN and a Certified Hypnotist. She has used hypnosis with clients experiencing challenges with weight loss, text anxiety, fear of public speaking, confidence issues, stress, and childbirth. Maggie’s goal is to help each client find the best version of themselves spiritually, emotionally, and physically. You can find more about Maggie Horn at www.maggiehorn.com.
