  • Foundations

    Foundations is a slower paced class focused on foundational skills and alignment. It is great for beginners and those looking to refine a current yoga practice.

  • Strength + Flexibility

    Strength + Flexibility incorporates yoga related practice for strength, flexibility, balance, breath, and focus. Options for added support are given to increase accessibility and participation.

  • Vinyasa

    Vinyasa is a class connecting movement and breath with a flowing series of postures.

    Tuesdays, 6:30pm

  • Yin

    Yin yoga is a meditative practice using seated and reclining poses held for 3 to 5 minutes to release deep connective tissue and quiet the mind.

  • Warm Flow

    This vinyasa style flow class is slightly warmer than room temp. (around 75-80 degrees) Meant for us to move and sweat.

  • Gentle Yoga

    Gentle Yoga is an all levels class that lovingly guides you into stillness and self-care. Individual accommodations and support are offered throughout class as needed.

  • Restorative Yoga

    Using props to support you comfortably during long holds of restful positions, restorative yoga improves sleep, immunity, muscle recovery, and overall mental and emotional wellness.

    Mondays, 6:30pm

  • Balanced Body

    Suitable for practitioners of all levels, Balanced Body aims to balance the body and mind. You will be guided through a sequence of yoga poses that cultivate awareness, harmony, and stability and leave feeling more at ease in your body.

  • Ashtanga

    Ashtanga is a very dynamic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series, with a fixed order of postures. Students follow a set sequence of postures each time, gradually progressing through the series. While linking movement and breath it promotes mental clarity and inner peace.

    Wednesdays, 6:30 pm

  • VinYin

    A Combination class of vinyasa flow and yin poses. Half of the class will be movement and the second half will be passive holds for 3-5 minutes to release deep connective tissue and quiet the mind.

    Thursday, 5:15PM

  • Meditative Flow

    Meditative flow is a moving meditation using poses, movement, breath and mindful awareness in a fluid, dynamic and deep practice. Creative sequences balance the breath and body, open the heart and orient us toward an experience of authentic wholeness.
